What materials are Kendikids baby clothes made from?

Kendikids baby clothes are made from carefully selected organic cotton from Turkey and manufatured in a factory in China. These materials are chosen for their softness, breathability, and suitability for sensitive baby skin.

 


 

Are Kendikids clothes suitable for newborns?

Yes. Our designs are gentle, lightweight, and comfortable for newborns through toddlers, making them ideal for everyday wear.

 


 

Are your products certified organic?

Yes. Kendikids products are made using GOTS‑certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) organic fabrics, which meet internationally recognized standards for organic materials, non‑toxic processing, and ethical manufacturing. We work closely with carefully vetted factories that align with our values for quality, safety, and responsible production. How do I care for Kendikids baby clothes?

  • To maintain quality and softness:
  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle
  • Use mild, baby‑safe detergent
  • Avoid bleach
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat

 


 

Will the colours or prints fade after washing?

Our garments are designed to withstand regular washing when care instructions are followed. Slight natural fading may occur over time due to the organic nature of our fabrics.

 


 

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend referring to our size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for longer wear.

 


 

Do your clothes allow room for growth?

Yes. Many of our designs offer a comfortable fit that allows room for movement and growth, and our gift bundles often include multiple sizes.

 


 

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods including:

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact hello@kendikids.com as soon as possible with your order number.

 


 

I entered the wrong shipping details. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

 


 

Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently, Kendikids ships within Hong Kong only. International shipping will be available in the future.

 


 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped via SF Express:

  • Hong Kong Island & Kowloon: 1–2 business days
  • New Territories: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, busy sale periods, or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (T8) is in effect.

 


 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free delivery within Hong Kong on orders over HKD 800.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 


 

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please complete our Return Request Form and email it to hello@kendikids.com along with your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 


 

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 


 

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 


 

Giveback Programme

What is the Kendikids Giveback Programme?

Our Giveback Programme allows customers to return outgrown Kendikids clothing to be refreshed and gifted to children in Kenya, supporting education and community empowerment.

 


 

How can I participate?

Details on how to participate are available on our Giveback Programme page. Simply follow the instructions when your child outgrows their Kendikids garments.
