We send KendiKids orders from Hong Kong. Here is what to expect when your little one's pieces are on their way.
We currently deliver to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland and selected European Union countries. Within the EU, we currently deliver to all member countries except Germany and France.
Norway is temporarily paused. We do not currently deliver to Germany, France or Monaco. Only destinations available at checkout can be selected, and product availability may differ between markets.
You can shop and pay in the local currencies available for your destination. Examples include SGD for Singapore, MYR for Malaysia, AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand, GBP for the UK, CAD for Canada and CHF for Switzerland. Available EU currencies are shown when you select your destination.
The rates and free-shipping thresholds below are stated in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) as a reference. Checkout converts them into your selected currency, with any applicable rounding. The currency, delivery options and final amount shown before you pay apply to your order. Your bank or payment provider may separately charge its own currency-conversion or cross-border transaction fees.
EU express destinations currently include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden. Express availability is confirmed at checkout and is not included in the free standard-shipping offer.
Standard tracked shipping is weight-based. Malaysia orders use Quantium Q-Sure, with an estimated transit time of 4–8 business days. UK, Canada and Switzerland orders use YunExpress, with an estimated transit time of 8–12 business days. These estimates start after dispatch.

Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders of HK$900 or more to each of these destinations. The applicable weight band, converted delivery charge and free-shipping eligibility are calculated at checkout for your basket.
We arrange international delivery with applicable import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges paid by KendiKids, so you should not be asked to pay these charges on delivery. This is separate from any shipping charge displayed at checkout.
If a courier or customs agent asks you for an import payment, please contact hello@kendikids.com with your order number and a copy of the request before paying. We will work with the courier to resolve it. Bank or payment-provider transaction fees are separate from import charges.
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day. Delivery estimates refer to transit after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Weather, customs processing, courier operations, public holidays and busy sale periods may affect delivery. In Hong Kong, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above may suspend courier services.
Please check your delivery address and contact details before paying. If you need to correct an address, or your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible so we can help. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights if goods are not delivered or are faulty.
