RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Hong Kong Delivery

All Kendikids orders within Hong Kong are shipped via SF Express to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hong Kong Island & Kowloon: 1–2 business days

  • New Territories: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier operations, and peak periods.

Free Shipping

We offer free delivery within Hong Kong on all orders over HKD 800.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 


 

Important Delivery Notes

  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Typhoon Signal No. 8 (T8) or above may cause delivery delays due to courier service suspensions.

  • Delivery times may also be extended during public holidays and busy sale periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Kendikids purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

 


 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Complete the Return Form
    Please fill out our return request form (available on our website or provided upon request).

  2. Submit Your Request
    Email the completed return form to hello@kendikids.com with your order number.

  3. Return Approval
    Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your item.

  4. Send the Item Back
    Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 


 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (subject to stock availability), please indicate your preferred replacement in the return form. Once your return is received and approved, we will process the exchange.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 


 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
